On V2, yes. Several emulators at once, each with its own settings and its own stats. V1 drives the one Google Play Games client on your screen.
Windows. V1 needs Google Play Games and a 1920×1080 display. V2 needs an Android emulator (MuMu, LDPlayer, BlueStacks, Nox or MEmu) and works at any resolution.
V2 runs in the background, so it keeps farming while the PC is doing something else or while you are asleep. Running any bot 24/7 is still a bad idea though, for the reason in the next answer: sensible session lengths are part of not looking like a script.
Use sensible session lengths, take breaks, and don't run it 24/7. Deploy order, timing and side selection are randomised on every attack so nothing about a run looks scripted.
